The following Terms of Service (herein named TOS) applies to all websites/domains hosted by cancunsystems.com. The term "applies" is defined as total content of each website/domain, as well as "links" from any website/domain, or to any website/domain.

1. Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited. This includes sites that may infur sexual content, or links to pornography elsewhere.

2. You may not upload any material that violates or infringes on the copyright, intellectual property rights or trademark rights of any individual or organization.

3. Piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, pyrotechnics, chat scripts/bots, irc clients, exploitive software or text that educates or encourages this activity and/or use are not allowed. The upload of any of these are not allowed

4. You may not upload ROMs and Emulators.

5. You may not publish any material that is grossly offensive, including , exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy. This includes material that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens any person or group.

6. Spam is not allowed, and you may not reference cancunsystems.com in any unsolicited email that you send. You may not also run any software which will cause an "open reply" for mail.

7. You may not use your service in the commission of any crime that violates the laws of local, state, and federal government of the United States of America.

8. You are solely and fully responsible for the contents of your account. Any and all repercussions will be born solely by you as the account holder.

9. In no event will cancunsystems.com be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use cancunsystems.com's services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

10. Prices, bandwidth, disk space, and/or and other web hosting features may change at any time without notice. Price increases shall not effect current customers as they have a locked in rate with the time period they signed up for.

11. We reserve the right to terminate any account without warning or notice if any of the above restrictions are violated and to examine the contents of any account at any time. Cancunsystems.com reserves the right to refuse, or cancel service at its sole discretion.

12. Cancunsystems.com holds the right to modify, update, change, or revise the terms at its sole discretion without informing users of the change. While we will make an effort to contact of the revisions it is your responsibility to check on them as necessary.

13. The customer agrees to pay all charges found in the service order upfront and on time, unless a leeway period is agreed upon by the customer and cancunsystems.com. Customer agrees to all additional charges for services requested by customer that may occur during the course of business above and beyond the original Service Order.

14. By reading these Terms of Service set forth, you're in fact understanding what everything means. If you do not understand something you may email our support team at support@cancunsystems.com. Otherwise, it is assumed that you understand, and agree with what is set forth in these terms of service. This clause is in here, so you may not say "I did not understand something" in the court of law.

15. All accounts that go over its bandwidth limits will be charged $2.00 per gigabyte.
