Iaxy Configuration and Setup
1. Checkout "iaxyprov" from Digium's cvs server
2. Do a "make" in the iaxyprov directory
3. Configure the sample configuration file
4. Plug the iaxy into a 10/100MB switch(must support 10MB) with DHCP
5. Run "./iaxyprov [ip_of_iaxy] [config_file]"
EX. ./iaxyprov 192.168.1.15 iaxy.conf.sample
